Digital Product Purchases

All digital guides, workbooks, downloads, PDFs, and educational resources sold through Cork’d are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Once a purchase has been completed and the digital product has been delivered, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

Download Issues

If you experience technical difficulties accessing or downloading your purchase, please contact us at hello@corkdwines.com within 7 days of purchase. We will gladly assist you in accessing your product.

Duplicate Purchases

Unauthorized Transactions
